The Brynteg Vision

At Brynteg School we believe in providing all of our pupils with an experience which is exceptional, one which inspires and enthuses them to become lifelong learners ready to make a significant impact on the world around them.

We are proud of the fact that our school truly reflects the wide and varied backgrounds of our local area and the rich diversity of our pupils is something which we will celebrate and seek to enhance. Our community is a caring one, and we want our pupils to care for it in return; it is one where every single pupil is valued and supported, where wellbeing and relationships are given the highest priority for pupils and staff. Inclusivity drives all the decisions we make in school.

To be the exceptional, inclusive, caring, happy school which we aspire to be, all pupils and staff to be fully committed to what we do and what we want to be. There is no room for accepting second-best or for complacency, our pupils deserve the best and nothing will stand in the way of us providing this. All of our work will be underpinned by our values of community, independence, kindness and respect.

On leaving us, our pupils will be happy and have the confidence to follow their dreams and aspirations – if this is achieved, this will be the single most important measure of success for our school.
