We were delighted to welcome so many people from the local community to our school on September 28th for Brynteg’s annual open evening. We had visitors from across Bridgend, but it was particularly pleasing for us to be able to welcome so many parents, carers and students from our cluster primary schools.

There was so much to see throughout the night from pizza making and pencil engraving in the technology department to singing and dancing in the performing arts block. The science department even held a science party, complete with disco to celebrate the evening! The canteen was a popular stop on the tours, with visitors able to sample some of the delicious foods available every day in the canteen.

A special mention must go out to all our fantastic students who gave up their time to help departments and take visitors around the school. We would also like to thank everyone who attended the evening and for the kind comments and congratulations from visitors – it really has been fantastic to have your feedback!
